Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager - Revenue Management and Order to Cash
Summary
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Business Technology Applications team. In this role, you will leverage your Product Management expertise to serve as a critical liaison between Revenue business stakeholders and BizTech teams. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Order to Cash roadmap and translating business needs into technical requirements, as well as driving use case development and owning outcomes inclusive of scalable system implementation.Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and optimizing existing business processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving data-driven decision-making. You will work collaboratively to define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. As the owner of the software development lifecycle from ideation through delivery, you will maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure high-impact business outcomes are consistently achieved.
Job Description
Responsibilities:Product Management & Strategy
Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Revenue Management and O2C systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable KPIs.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, collaborating closely with engineering and business stakeholders.
Leverage data insights, feedback, and industry trends to inform roadmap decisions and improve adoption.
Champion an outcomes-driven approach, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including discovery, design, implementation, and optimization of Revenue Management and Order-to-Cash processes in Oracle Fusion, driving operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance, Revenue, and BizTech teams to ensure solution delivery, seamless integration and scalability of Oracle Fusion modules (RMCS, Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable).
Manage scope, proactively identify risks and blockers to deliver high-quality solutions through Agile practices delivery, reporting on status and KPIs
Define, manage and execute Functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality releases.
Support Finance and Revenue teams during period close activities and ensure system readiness.
Act as a subject matter expert in Revenue Management and Oracle Subscriptions and broader Order to Cash, ensuring compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 and other relevant standards.
Expert level functional knowledge to configure the Oracle RMCS, OSM, AR. Document designs and configurations, optimize, and scale processes for revenue, subscriptions, and accounting workflows and business processes, serving as the subject-matter expert for domain requirements.
Leverage strategic thinking and partner with business leaders to design solutions that streamline revenue operations, improve efficiency, and support growth initiatives.
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams for solutions and providing timely updates on project status, challenges, and decisions.
Provide transparent communication on product vision, roadmap progress, and delivery outcomes leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advocate for user needs and deliver solutions that balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
Promote adoption and enablement by communicating product value and outcomes across the organization.
Drive process automation, leverage AI/GPT technologies to enhance deliverables, drive automation, and generate business insights for smarter decision-making.
Stay current on product management best practices, industry trends, Oracle Fusion capabilities, and revenue management trends to continuously evolve product strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant experience and strong knowledge of business processes and BizTech systems.
Proven track record in managing full lifecycle implementations with Minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications and Product Management, with at least 4 years focused on Oracle RMCS
In-depth knowledge (with hands on configuration experience) of Oracle Fusion cloud Revenue Management, Subscription Management, Accounts Receivables and good understanding of General Ledger and Cash Management.
Proficient in building BI Publisher reports, data analysis and functional knowledge of APIs.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks
