About Us

Turnstile is the revenue automation platform that makes quote-to-cash easy - no matter how you price. We streamline quoting, billing, and subscription management for modern B2B SaaS companies. Our customers range from seed-stage startups to companies approaching $100M ARR.

We're a small, fully remote, and proven team with multiple "best places to work" awards to our credit. We have strong backing from First Round Capital, and recently raised our Series A. The last company we started, Second Measure, scaled to 70+ people and tens of millions in revenue, and was ultimately acquired by Bloomberg in a landmark deal.

🚀 The Opportunity

Turnstile is entering a high-growth phase and looking for our third Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform. Reporting to our VP, Product, you’ll own a new product from inception to launch, while also driving adoption and iteration across our existing portfolio. You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, and customers to deliver intuitive, high-value experiences that set the foundation for Turnstile’s long-term product vision.

📈 What You’ll Do Here
  • Own a product from ideation to launch. Lead a new product category from zero to one, ensuring a strong foundation for growth.

  • Drive adoption and value. Iterate on existing products to deepen usage, improve retention, and expand customer impact.

  • Champion the customer. Gather insights directly from customers, translate feedback into requirements, and ensure their needs guide product decisions.

  • Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate tightly with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver aligned, high-quality outcomes.

  • Stay ahead of the market. Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior to inform strategy and identify opportunities.

  • Balance strategy and execution. Move fluidly between big-picture product vision and detailed feature delivery.

🔎 What We’re Looking For
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience. You’ve shipped products that customers love and can point to clear impact.

  • Bias toward action. You move quickly with fast learning loops, making decisions that prioritize iteration over perfection.

  • Strategic thinker. You evaluate roadmaps in terms of ROI, opportunity cost, and long-term alignment with company goals.

  • Strong communicator. You use clear storytelling and documentation to rally teams and accelerate execution.

  • Customer-first mindset. You know how to deeply understand users and turn insights into meaningful product outcomes.

  • Entrepreneurial drive. You thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building without a playbook, and see yourself as a future founder.

Bonus Points For
  • Experience with revenue workflows. Exposure to billing, payments, or quote-to-cash domains helps you quickly understand our customers’ world.

  • Startup experience. You’ve worked at an early-stage company and know how to balance speed, scrappiness, and rigor.

  • Technical fluency. You’re comfortable collaborating closely with engineers and understanding trade-offs at a detailed level.

💫 Why Turnstile?
  • Competitive and Fair Pay. Equal pay by role and level at the 75th percentile of SF salaries ($185,000 to $205,000 for this role, depending on level) plus meaningful equity.

  • Fully Remote. Distributed by design with team members from San Francisco to Toronto.

  • Fully Covered Health Benefits. 100% paid medical, mental health, dental, and vision premiums for you and your family.

  • Paid Parental Leave. 16 weeks for birthing parent, 12 weeks for all other parents welcoming a new child into their home.

  • 401(k). With 4% company contribution, regardless of what you put in.

  • Flexible PTO. Take the time you need to unplug and unwind.

👫 Sound like a fit? We’d love to hear from you.

Turnstile is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We learn from perspectives that are different from our own and are committed to creating an equitable and inclusive environment for all our employees.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
