At Relativity we make software to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects. 

The Product Management team is looking for a Product Manager looking to lead the development and management of our review products. The ideal candidate should have a background in product lifecycle and agile practices and strong communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for participating and leading both discovery and development to achieve a specific product goals. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design, development, and applied science, optimizing team processes, and utilizing data to monitor project success.  

Focused on our Review portfolio, you will be responsible for helping create solutions to deliver intuitive and impactful ways to help customers manage their document review workflows.  You will build strong customer relationships to validate our solutions are solving the right problems. You will help lead a team of skilled designers and engineers focused creating exceptional user experiences and actualizing the project goals. 

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities   

  • Drive product roadmap and backlog to build the best cloud-native solutions on the market 

  • Converts customer and business problems into sound product solutions.  

  • Use a data-driven approach to identify key areas of improvement  

  • Led discovery across multiple customers to understand requirements for multiple workflows and can prioritize features with the highest business value 

  • Responsible for user and competitive research for their product(s).  

  • Leads external and internal facing go-to-market content.  

  • Understands technical requirements for completion of new initiatives and ensures development team is set up for success. ​  

  • Clearly articulates our technical implementation in a way that internal stakeholders and clients can understand.  

 

Preferred qualifications 

  • Generates excitement and curiosity when working with highly complex systems. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Detail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter with ability to work both independently and in a team environment.    

  • Strong business acumen.  

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience in business, design, or technology function at a technology company.  

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.  

  • Experience with conducting discovery & usability testing to gather customer feedback.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$115,000 and $173,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
