Job responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing themselves as a subject matter expert for the Receivables suite of products to support & collaborate with partners across the Firm
- Responsible for oversight of complex client onboarding and client service
- Cultivate partnerships and collaborate across stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, Implementations, Sales, and Service to assure alignment and successful execution of key initiatives
- Partner closely with Technology and Operations to prioritize and deliver new product features and capabilities required for client commitments
- Coordinate internal and external communications about product updates
- Produce data driven analysis to maximize revenue opportunities
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to reduce errors and simplify processes
- Work independently and understand how the role supports Receivables as a whole, including special projects and initiatives related to our business
- Maintain product and system documentation (user guides, implementation, marketing sheets, training decks, procedures)
- Support all compliance and risk related initiatives as necessary including auditing of documentation, risk analysis, and other product due diligence initiatives
- Review and certify monthly billing activity to ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue capture
- Understand and analyze industry trends, risk and regulatory developments and competitive landscape
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills, attentive to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Proven success and ability to execute tactical and strategic initiatives using a structured approach
- Adaptable, dependable, and flexible regarding work assignments and work schedule
- Excellent time management and is a self-starter with the ability to deliver results on-time
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft tools including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with AI would be useful in the role
