As Product Manager – Product Launches, you will own the end-to-end execution of new and upgraded product launches across PERGOLUX markets worldwide. You will be responsible for turning product development into successful market launches by ensuring every critical requirement—from supplier readiness and product documentation to inventory, ecommerce setup, training, compliance, and quality gates—is completed before go-live. At PERGOLUX, we are building a premium outdoor-living brand with ambitious global growth, bringing together international teams through a culture of integrity, ambition, innovation, humility, appreciation, and unity.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end execution of assigned new product and product-upgrade launches across Europe, the US, Australia, and other PERGOLUX markets, managing launch plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, responsibilities, and go/no-go decisions.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Development, manufacturing suppliers, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, Content, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, and Country Managers to ensure complete launch readiness across markets and time zones.

  • Drive operational readiness by ensuring specifications, installation manuals, certifications, compliance documentation, pricing, SKUs, product content, translations, imagery, Shopify setup, inventory, team training, and support materials are accurate, complete, and approved before launch.

  • Define and operate clear quality gates and launch-readiness processes, coordinating manufacturer, field, and laboratory testing, identifying risks early, driving solutions, escalating critical issues, and providing clear launch-status reporting to Product leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Continuously improve how we launch products by owning installation manual quality, managing SKU phase-outs and product transitions, conducting post-launch retrospectives, maintaining risk logs and rollout trackers, and reducing avoidable rework and post-launch issues.

What You’ll Bring
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Project Management, or a similar execution-focused role, with experience coordinating product launches, new product introductions, or complex cross-functional projects.

  • Strong project planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and structured reporting skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and maintain momentum toward critical deadlines.

  • Confidence working with physical products, technical specifications, installation manuals, specification sheets, and other product documentation, with strong attention to detail and ownership of quality.

  • Experience coordinating directly with overseas or offshore manufacturing suppliers and working effectively across departments, cultures, and time zones; experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Shopify, Zendesk, or Airtable is a plus.

  • A proactive, highly accountable mindset: you identify problems early, ask the right questions, follow actions through to completion, make sound day-to-day decisions independently, and know when commercial, compliance, or strategic decisions require escalation.

Benefits
  • Competitive Salary & Bonus Structure – Your success is rewarded with strong compensation and performance-based bonuses.

  • Real Ownership – Take meaningful responsibility in your role and directly influence key business outcomes.

  • International Team – Collaborate with passionate colleagues across Europe, gaining exposure to diverse perspectives and ideas.

  • Outdoor Lifestyle Discounts – Enjoy exclusive discounts on PERGOLUX products.

  • Fast-Track Career Opportunities – As we scale quickly, you’ll have significant opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles.

  • Team Culture – Be part of regular team events, retreats, and a culture that celebrates wins—big and small.

  • Bike Leasing Program – Benefit from a sustainable and cost-effective bike leasing option to support commuting and an active lifestyle.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
