As a Principal Product Manager in Global Business Services (GBS) Tech, you will help modernize and streamline the tools, systems, and processes that support these business groups. You will also be on the ground floor of building the GBS Tech Product Management practice, defining standards, establishing operating rhythms, mentoring future PMs, and influencing how product management functions across the enterprise.
Global Business Services (GBS) supports a diverse set of enterprise functions that form the operational and cultural backbone of the organization. Each has unique technology needs that directly shape the day‑to‑day experience of associates across the company. These include:
- Global Risk Management (GRM)
- Legal & Compliance
- Global Finance
- Workplace Experience
- Sustainability & Social Responsibility (SSR)
- Safety & Security
- Enterprise Change Office (ECO)
- Build the GBS Tech Product Management practice
Establish foundational product standards, prioritization models, metrics, delivery rituals, and ways of working. Mentor early‑career product managers and help develop a cohesive, high‑performing PM community. - Lead product strategy across GBS business groups
Partner with GRM, Legal & Compliance, Global Finance, Workplace Experience, SSR, Safety & Security, and ECO to understand business and associate needs, define problem spaces, and translate insights into a clear, actionable product vision. - Drive roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions
Own and prioritize multi‑year roadmaps, guide structured discovery and experimentation, shape requirements, and collaborate with UX, engineering, and operations to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that improve processes and elevate associate experience. - Evangelize emerging technologies
Advocate for the responsible and value‑driven use of AI/ML and emerging technologies, helping GBS business partners understand opportunities, evaluate fit, and navigate adoption. Collaborate with engineering and, where appropriate, influence business‑facing technology conversations.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $208,245-$354,017
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
