5+ years experience in team management/leadership
5+ years experience in internal stakeholder or customer relationship management
Experience in or with a Business-to-Business (B2B) Agile IT development environment
- Proven ability to translate product vision into an action plan
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate production IT deployments in conjunction with business change management processes
- Demonstrates techniques for quickly and effectively understanding and communicating business stakeholder technology requirements and business value
- Demonstrates skills in effectively negotiating competing development priorities based on business strategy and value assessments
- Demonstrates knowledge of product analytics by creating and using delivery metrics, predictability, and forecasting; given appropriate data, can create (and draw conclusions from) a forecast and communicate that information to stakeholders with progress updates and metrics
- Demonstrates an understanding of basic UX techniques including the development of user personas and business journey mapping
- Proven skills in Business Analysis
- Effective verbal and written communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
Desired Work Experience
- 5+ years of Business-to-Business pricing and product catalog experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
- 5+ years in designing and implementing solutions in a SaaS environment or have worked in revenue or finance operations.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in recurring revenue product offerings and/or billing models that support recurring revenue.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with business stakeholders.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is 126,800 to 158,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Product Manager – Pricing & Catalog
The Product Manager is a key integrator of people, process, and technology for a designated business application. This role is responsible for gathering requirements from multiple stakeholder groups, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions, and ensuring the application delivers maximum value to its users. The Product Manager blends operational discipline with collaborative leadership to drive enhancements, maintain reliable operations, and support business objectives for their assigned application.
