About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager – Digital Pharmacy/TeleHealth to own the complete software development lifecycle of our pharmacy/telehealth workflow, clinical services and API strategy. This role focuses on delivering the best experience for all of our pharmacy and telehealth customers. From connecting HealNow to key pharmacy management systems and third party vendors to creating new features and products that deliver a seamless experience for our customers and their patients.

This person will work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, customer success, and external partners to design, deliver, and scale experiences that power core HealNow workflows. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and payments, and is motivated to build products that make healthcare simpler for patients and more efficient for pharmacies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for healthcare integrations and interfaces, aligning with company strategy and pharmacy partner needs

  • Translate regulatory, technical, and business requirements into functional pharmacy workflows

  • Collaborate closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver APIs, data pipelines, and interface improvements

  • Partner with compliance to ensure integrations adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, TCPA, and other industry standards

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define requirements, develop user stories, and deliver features that align with patient and pharmacy needs.

  • Guide implementation and post-launch evaluation of new clinical/pharmacy features and functionality, including performance metrics and usability feedback loops.

  • Contribute to internal documentation, cross-functional enablement, and customer facing guides and FAQs.

  • Work with customer success and partner teams to understand pharmacy workflows, gather requirements, and validate solutions in market

  • Define success metrics for integrations and continuously improve based on feedback, usage data, and system performance

  • Analytical and inquisitive, comfortable using data and user research to drill into the heart of a challenge and identify innovative solutions

  • Proficient in A/B testing, experimentation design, and related methodologies

  • Prior experience driving user adoption and engagement in a high-traffic consumer and/or B2B product environment

  • Prior experience in a digital pharmacy or telehealth setting is a plus

  • Serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for integration capabilities and limitations

Qualifications/Skills

  • 3+ years of product management, technical product ownership, or similar experience in healthcare, health IT, or fintech

  • Strong understanding of pharmacy and/or telehealth workflows

  • Experience scoping and managing APIs, data interfaces, or system integrations at scale

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and external partners to deliver technical solutions

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, HITECH, and TCPA

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Series A startup environment
