Job Description:

What You’ll Do: 

  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Partner Organization to execute product development strategy, from technical evaluation & assessment to product launch & ongoing support. 

  • Drive deliverables across engineering, quality, documentation, training, service, support, procurement, sales, and partner organizations to adapt and integrate third-party machines into the Packsize portfolio. 

  • Provide regular project updates, milestone tracking, and readiness reporting to leadership. 

  • Gather and prioritize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. 

  • Identify and implement process improvements for onboarding and managing partner technologies at scale. 

  • Monitor product performance and support issue resolution in partnership with technical teams. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field required. 

  • 5+ years experience in product management, technical product ownership, or related fields 

  • Strong technical aptitude and experience working with machinery, warehouse automation systems, or similar industrial equipment. 

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work effectively with partners and internal teams. 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 

  • Experience with product commercialization and go-to-market processes. 

Working Environment and Physical Demands 

  • Some travel required (up to 25%) including potential international partner visits.
