Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and updates.
- User Experience: Advocate for the end user by gathering feedback, conducting user testing, and ensuring the product meets customer expectations.
- Metrics & Reporting: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future enhancements.
- Agile Methodology: Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and daily stand-ups.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- years of experience in product management, preferably for web-based products.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and product development processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
