Role Overview

This role is responsible for building the core marketing platform that powers user engagement across multiple channels. You will own backend capabilities including audience management, messaging, campaign orchestration, marketing templates, and workflow automation, enabling internal teams to deliver scalable and efficient marketing operations.

You will work closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, Data, Engineering, and Compliance teams to continuously improve marketing efficiency through automation, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled product capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and execution for core marketing platform modules, including Push Notifications, User Segments, User Tags, Marketing Templates, Workflow Automation, and Campaign Management.
  • Design scalable audience segmentation and tagging capabilities to support flexible targeting across different business scenarios.
  • Build marketing orchestration capabilities across multiple channels, including push notifications, email marketing, in-app messaging, scheduling, frequency control, and campaign performance monitoring.
  • Design workflow automation that enables marketing actions to be triggered based on user behavior, business events, audience rules, and operational conditions.
  • Improve the marketing template platform by providing reusable and configurable templates that help business teams launch campaigns more efficiently.
  • Explore AI-powered capabilities to improve marketing operations, including workflow optimization, campaign configuration, content generation, strategy recommendation, and performance evaluation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions.
  • Define product requirements, user flows, PRDs, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously improve platform usability, flexibility, operational efficiency, stability, and scalability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably building backend platforms, CRM systems, marketing platforms, growth products, or data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, including audience segmentation, tagging systems, campaign management, messaging platforms, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience designing scalable platform products that serve multiple internal business teams.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel messaging, including push notifications, email marketing, in-app messaging, or similar communication systems.
  • Strong product thinking with the ability to balance business needs, platform scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics, evaluating product performance, and driving continuous iteration.
  • Interest in applying AI technologies to improve product capabilities, operational efficiency, or business decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with Engineering, Data, Operations, Marketing, and Business teams.
  • High ownership with strong attention to product usability and execution quality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workflow automation, no-code/low-code platforms, CRM modernization, or marketing technology products.
  • Experience in fintech, trading platforms, e-commerce, gaming, social products, or international consumer products.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, recommendation or decision systems, or AI-assisted product capabilities.
