About the Role
We are seeking a product manager to work on a number of tools that power our operations. This role requires a unique blend of technical systems administration and product thinking. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, HR, and Engineering to evolve a suite of integrated, scalable tools that support our growing business.

Your Mission
Your mission is to make our financial and operational systems integrated, reliable, and user-friendly. You will report into Carlos Romano, Director of Product Management

The Legacy You’ll Leave

  • Designing and optimizing processes, and systems related to, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and spend management in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Translating business needs into product and system requirements for both custom NetSuite functionality and connected systems (e.g., home-grown internal tools, procurement, spend, legal)
  • Managing end-to-end projects for system upgrades, feature rollouts, or integrations—including sandbox testing, UAT, documentation, and change management
  • Scoping and delivering integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g., IPaaS), or vendor tools (e.g., expense automation, AP platforms)
  • Supporting vendor relationships for NetSuite and third-party tools, ensuring SLAs, support, and renewals are aligned with internal priorities
  • Training and supporting users across departments as systems or processes evolve

Who You Are:

  • You bring 4+ years of experience in product management, business systems ownership, or ERP administration with at least 2+ years with NetSuite implementation.
  • You are hands-on with NetSuite, with experience in administration, customization, user management, and system optimization
  • You have a strong understanding of operational workflows, including accounting operations, sales, procurement, reporting, audit, and compliance needs
  • You balance systems-level thinking with day-to-day execution, you can zoom out to design a future-state process and zoom in to fix a broken approval workflow
  • You are comfortable working across functions, translating business requirements into technical solutions
  • You’ve worked with or overseen integrations across tools like EPR’s, CRM, procurement, or banking platforms
  • You have familiarity with tools like JIRA, Lucidchart, Figma, and Confluence for process mapping, backlog grooming, and documentation

Our Core Values:

Fit with these values is a critical component of our hiring process and this role, and employees are expected to demonstrate these behaviors in their interactions with colleagues, customers, and all stakeholders. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
