As a Product Manager for Integrations, you'll enhance and build integrations, collaborate across teams, and track performance metrics to drive adoption.
The summary above was generated by AI

Datadog’s 850+ integrations enable our 30,000 customers to ingest and analyze data from across their tech stack. These integrations are central to Datadog’s goal to be deployed everywhere and used by everyone to monitor and secure their applications and infrastructure.

As a PM for Integrations, you’ll be responsible for defining how we enhance our existing integrations and what new integrations we should build to accelerate adoption of our rapidly growing product suite. To do this, you’ll develop a broad understanding of Datadog’s product portfolio as well as the wide range of technologies that our customers use to build and operate their applications.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work with other Datadog product teams and a wide range of customers to identify needs for additional integrations
  • Prioritize what new integrations we should build and what enhancements we should make to existing integrations
  • Work with a dedicated team of engineers to deliver on this roadmap
  • Define and track metrics for tracking integration adoption and usefulness
  • Collaborate with Marketing and tech partners to generate awareness of Datadog’s integrations and drive adoption

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management (ideally on a developer-focused product)
  • You have prior hands-on experience building applications with services from one of the major cloud providers or open source projects such as Kafka, Postgres, and Redis
  • You have a demonstrated ability to understand new technologies in depth and are eager to learn about the wide range of technologies with which Datadog integrates
  • You are capable of working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data to derive insights into customer experience and market trends
  • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity and have prior experience defining and executing on a well-prioritized product roadmap

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We know not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That’s okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your experience, we encourage you to apply.

Benefits & Growth:

  • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
  • Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing
  • Intra-departmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking
  • An inclusive company culture, ability to join our Community Guilds
  • Access to Inclusion Talks, our Internal panel discussions
  • Free, global Spring Health benefits for employees and dependents age 6+
  • Competitive global benefits

Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.

$149,000$190,000 USD

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
