At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what’s next.

 Our Team

The Ads Platform team builds the advertising systems and integrations that power ad delivery across Netflix's world-class content ecosystem - balancing member experience with strong outcomes for advertisers. As one of the newest entrants in the fast-growing Connected TV advertising space, we're building the identity and audience infrastructure that differentiates Netflix from other ad-supported streaming services.

About the Role

We're looking for a senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of the audience identifiers that power targeting, optimization, and measurement across Netflix Ads. You'll define and drive the roadmap for our identity management platform, spanning the identity graph, public APIs, direct advertiser integrations, partner ingestion, and unified identifier storage, and set the strategic direction for how Netflix builds a durable, privacy-forward identity foundation in a rapidly evolving ad tech landscape. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap. Set the long-term vision for a unified identity platform that supports large-scale data ingestion, normalization, and retention, while balancing it against near-term delivery commitments.

  • Lead product development. Partner with engineering, science and design to ship advertiser-facing products that make onboarding and managing advertising signals seamless.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment. Work across sales, ad operations, marketing, strategy, policy, and legal to bring products to market and drive adoption at scale.

  • Champion identity governance. Act as the subject matter expert on advertising identity governance and customer-facing data management.

  • Communicate vision. Clearly articulate product strategy to stakeholders at every level, from engineering teams to executive leadership.

We're Seeking a Candidate Who Has:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with a strong track record of launching and scaling ad tech platforms.

  • Demonstrated success managing ad tech products through the full lifecycle, including delivery of advertiser-facing UIs.

  • Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem: CTV ads, identity/audience solutions, privacy enhancing technologies and data collaboration channels.

  • Industry leading expertise in identity graph matching, including deterministic and probabilistic techniques for linking identifiers across devices and accounts

  • Strong technical fluency designing integrations with ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs, with familiarity with APIs and integration frameworks.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functionally with Insights, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and other Product teams.

  • Familiarity with legal compliance and the evolving global landscape of advertising regulation.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, adapting quickly to shifting partner, strategy, and product priorities.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
