Who you are:

As a Product Manager I, you will team with stakeholders to set the product strategy for a product area to meet business and customer needs. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality service and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the product management team and stakeholders for the Salesforce CRM to create and maintain a product vision and prioritized product roadmap for sales growth and enablement across Banking, Investments, and Insurance

  • Work with support teams to understand solution architecture, operational impacts, and ensure that solutions meet stakeholder requirements

  • Communicate with management and product stakeholders to show product features

  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a record of successfully delivering complex products and services

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce

  • Proven ability to perform cost analysis, identify KPIs, and create financially sound strategies

  • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban

  • Advanced knowledge of bank operations and financial solutions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or in a related field

  • Experience supporting sales processes  

  • Experience in investment and insurance domains

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator  

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
