About HeyGen

At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. Over the last decade, visual content has become the preferred method of information creation, consumption, and retention. But the ability to create such content, in particular videos, continues to be costly and challenging to scale. Our ambition is to build technology that equips more people with the power to reach, captivate, and inspire audiences.

About the Role

HeyGen is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of our B2B product experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, customer needs, and AI innovation — building the systems, features, and workflows that allow organizations to use AI video creation at scale. You will report directly to HeyGen's CEO and will drive clarity, momentum, and execution across multiple product surfaces while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and GTM teams to deliver a cohesive, high-impact product for business users.

This is a high-autonomy PM role focused on creating a best-in-class SaaS product that supports teams of all sizes, from self-serve adoption to enterprise-grade expansion.

What You’ll Drive
  • Define, build, and evolve the core B2B product experience — from collaboration and governance to team workflows and administrative capabilities.
  • Translate customer needs, market insights, and usage patterns into a clear roadmap and prioritized product strategy.
  • Partner with Growth and GTM teams to ensure product surfaces support seamless self-serve activation, team adoption, and long-term retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, AI-forward product experiences with clarity and velocity.
  • Lead product discovery across multiple problem spaces and turn ambiguity into structured hypotheses, decisions, and product direction.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution, including definition, scoping, sequencing, and rollout of features that directly impact business adoption.
  • Ensure product-led growth is supported through intuitive, scalable workflows that empower organizational users.
What Success Looks Like
  • A cohesive, scalable B2B product experience that supports teams adopting HeyGen at increasing depth and scale.
  • Clear product velocity: consistent, high-quality shipping across multiple surfaces.
  • Strong internal alignment across Engineering, GTM, Support, and Growth functions.
  • Improved self-serve adoption, expansion, and retention metrics across business users.
  • A roadmap that balances short-term impact with long-term architectural and strategic bets.
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to PLG motions or AI tooling.
  • Experienced operating at senior PM scope — owning complex problem spaces across multiple teams or product areas.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguous environments with shifting priorities while consistently driving clarity and decision-making.
  • Deeply user-oriented with a strong product intuition and the ability to translate user needs into scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where speed, collaboration, and adaptability matter.
  • Strong communicator who can influence across functions and create alignment around product direction.
  • Excited about AI, video creation, and the opportunity to shape how organizations adopt emerging technology.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
