Job DescriptionThe Opportunity:
This person will be responsible for Flywire’s healthcare billing platform, building out our suite of affordability solutions for patients and enhancing the experience for our customer’s staff.
This person’s mission will be to build software that grows the value our existing client base derived from our product, to attract new clients through innovative and exciting solutions, and to make the platform more consumable by external integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and refine the roadmap and backlog
- Define user stories, lead sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
- Define and measure product KPIs, then identify trends and craft product improvements in response.
- Create alignment internally to drive a coherent and explicit set of priorities for the development teams.
- Work across functional teams (Marketing, Implementation, Customer Success, Sales) to ensure that new products, features, and functionality are market ready. This includes helping with documentation, training, pricing, rollout strategy, etc.
- Manage and track all resources and activities to ensure all deliverables will be completed on time
- Quality – Delivering a quality solution to our clients is paramount to our success and growth
Key Performance Indicators:
- Development of thorough and crisp definition of our implementations including precise timeframes and implementation goals and results
- On time and within budget implementations resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction
- Clear and timely communications and project reporting
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant business / information technology experience.
- 5+ years of Product Manager experience
- Experience working within the healthcare revenue cycle space is required.
- Confident leadership skills that allow for providing direction to development teams
- High self-motivation and self-direction
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in cloud services and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$141,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
