WeightWatchers is a global digital health company.

WeightWatchers is a global digital health company and the world’s #1 doctor-recommended, clinically studied behavioral weight health program. For sixty years, we have led the industry by blending science and community to help millions of people build sustainable healthy habits.

As the science of weight health rapidly evolves, so does WeightWatchers. We are redefining the category by developing new clinical pathways for GLP-1 medication access, creating specialized behavioral programs for members on weight-loss medications, and integrating medical care with our proven habit-change framework. By combining these clinical breakthroughs with our digital-first community, we are uniquely positioned to lead the future of weight health care.

Who We Are

The Product Management team at Weight Watchers is rebuilding the digital product portfolio of a trusted 60-year-old brand, applying the latest in nutrition science, behavioral science, AI, and clinical care. Our mission is to improve the health and longevity of our members by building the best holistic weight health platform in the market. We operate at a significant scale and continue to invest in the velocity of our product execution.

What You'll Do

You will own the tactical execution of our acquisition testing program from hypothesis to live experiment to post-experiment readout across landing pages, the Med+ quiz, plans, checkout, and promotional configuration. The role is responsible for the throughput of the Growth team's experimentation roadmap and works closely with Marketing, Design, and Engineering to take new tests from idea to in-market in days, not weeks.

  • Own the Experimentation Roadmap: Work with Principal PM to identify strategic opportunities for experiments. Maintain a prioritized, continuously-running testing roadmap across various landing pages and sign-up funnels.
  • Operationalize Test Velocity: Partner with Marketing, Design, and Engineering to take hypotheses from idea to live test within a sprint. Own the documentation, configuration, and analytics setup that make high-volume testing sustainable.
  • Optimize the Med+ Funnel: Identify drop-off points across the Med+ acquisition flow (LP, quiz, plans, payment) and maintain a backlog of the highest-leverage fixes and experiments.
  • Manage Product Promotions: Lead the execution of promotional offers: set-up, monitoring, daily performance checks, and reporting across our Med+ and Behavioral acquisition funnels.
  • Surface Insights from Data: Translate results from product launches into clear, actionable recommendations for the Marketing team and senior leadership.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Velocity: Work with stakeholders in Marketing, Compliance, and Design to focus on driving strategic initiatives forward.

Who You Are

  • Analytical and detail-oriented: Comfortable in spreadsheets, product analytics platforms, and experiment design.
  • Velocity-minded: Prioritize speed of learning over perfect execution; pragmatic about trade-offs that accelerate the testing cycle.
  • Cross-functional collaborator: Operate effectively at the intersection of Marketing, Design, and Engineering, and translate clearly between business problem and technical execution.
  • Consumer-focused: Curious about consumer decision-making in subscription, health, and wellness contexts.
  • Self-directed: Capable of owning the operational backbone of an experimentation program without daily oversight.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Growth, Marketing Operations, or a similar analytical role.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and running A/B tests in a consumer subscription or e-commerce environment.
  • Experience working in Jira or another sprint-based project management tool
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools (Looker, Amplitude, GA, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with experimentation and feature-flagging platforms (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, GrowthBook).
  • Hands-on experience with a CMS (Storyblok, Contentful, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting test results to senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field.
  • Health, wellness, or healthcare product experience is a plus.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
