You’ll define strategy, drive experimentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to unlock meaningful business growth. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience in product management or growth roles, a strong technical and analytical foundation, and a track record of shipping impactful consumer-facing features at scale.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven ability to impact growth metrics through data-driven product thinking and experimentation
  • Experience designing, launching, and scaling experiments across key stages of the user lifecycle
Comfortable using data to drive decisions, measure success, and inform roadmap prioritization
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in fast-paced environments
  • Skilled at translating user insights and stakeholder feedback into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Strong product intuition, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering seamless user experiences
  • Technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineers to ship high-quality features

Responsibilities of the Role
  • Own product initiatives that drive growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral
  • Lead end-to-end experimentation cycles—formulating hypotheses, launching A/B tests, and scaling successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and operations to define roadmaps and deliver value quickly
  • Write detailed product specs, define edge cases, and support continuous deployment workflows
  • Monitor performance and surface actionable insights to guide iteration and long-term strategy
  • Partner with marketing and lifecycle teams to align product launches with growth campaigns
  • Maintain high standards for product quality, usability, and brand consistency
 Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management or growth product roles, ideally in fast-growing consumer tech companies
  • Demonstrated success optimizing key parts of the user journey with measurable business impact
  • Deep expertise with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation tools, and data-informed decision making
  • Strong understanding of consumer product UX and the ability to drive improvements through personalization, onboarding, and conversion flows
  • Experience with growth strategies that blend product and marketing, such as referrals, SEO, or lifecycle engagement
  • Clear communicator with strong execution skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Passion for storytelling, learning, and building experiences that inspire people at scale
  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field is a plus

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
