As a Product Manager, Group Insurance, you will play a key role in the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle—from ideation to market launch—while continuously optimizing the client experience.

What you will accomplish with us

As a Product Manager, Group Insurance, you will be central to our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a product expert and go-to resource for the group insurance product offering, including health and wellness solutions, disability insurance, travel insurance, life insurance, and critical illness insurance;

  • Analyzing market needs, trends, emerging issues, and regulatory changes, and proposing solutions tailored to the products and business context;

  • Leading the development of products and business processes from ideation to market launch, in collaboration with various internal and external partners;

  • Reviewing and validating informational and promotional materials as well as communication tools to ensure alignment with product offerings, while simplifying and making technical language more accessible;

  • Participating, as needed, in meetings or presentations with clients, consultants, or intermediaries as a product expert;

  • Staying informed about market developments through research, meetings with vendors, webinars, and conferences, and proactively recommending enhancements or innovative products aligned with the business line’s strategic direction.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for strong leadership and the ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams;

  • Stands out for strategic thinking and creativity;

  • Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and decision-making capabilities;

  • Is known for strong communication and collaboration skills;

  • Holds a university degree in business administration, finance, actuarial science, marketing, or a related field;

  • Has 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, primarily focused on group insurance products and services. Experience in product development is considered an asset;

  • Has an advanced level of proficiency in French, as the role requires regular communication with colleagues and internal partners.
