About the Role 

At Autura, we're all about the team and looking for individuals who embody empathy, ambition, and a strong team spirit. Our enterprise customers—large towing operators, municipal fleets, and motor clubs—rely on Autura to manage complex, high-volume operations across multiple locations. The Product Manager (Enterprise Towing Solutions) role will focus on understanding the unique needs of these sophisticated customers and delivering features that help them scale efficiently, maintain compliance, and maximize profitability. 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Own the product roadmap for enterprise towing customers 
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to build features that address enterprise-scale challenges like multi-location management, fleet optimization, and advanced reporting 
  • Conduct customer interviews and on-site visits to deeply understand enterprise workflows, pain points, and operational requirements 
  • Define and prioritize features based on enterprise customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact 
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to support deal cycles, understand customer needs, and ensure successful onboarding 
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, serving as their advocate within the product organization 
  • Track and analyze product usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion 
  • Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; own the scrum process, from planning to execution in partnership with Engineering leadership 
  • Collaborate with and mentor other members of the product team 
  • Utilize product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Dragonboat 
  • Support go-to-market activities including feature launches, customer communications, and training materials 

About You 

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with B2B SaaS or field service software. Bonus points for experience in the towing, automotive, or transportation industries 
  • Strong customer empathy with experience conducting user research and translating insights into product requirements 
  • Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical tradeoffs 
  • Experience building features for enterprise customers with complex, multi-user workflows 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and industry events
