Position Summary:

AXS is looking for an Enterprise B2B Product Manager to join our Enterprise Platform team in Scottsdale, AZ, or Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle for certain product(s) from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. You will contribute to the future product direction by analyzing customer feedback, monitoring product performance, and making recommendations. You will participate in the product and feature discovery process, help elicit requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic initiatives and business goals. 

The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with a deep technical foundation and a systems-thinking mindset. You are comfortable discussing APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, observability, and platform integrations with engineering teams while translating those capabilities into measurable business and operational outcomes.  

You will work closely with Engineering, Client Services, Field Operations, and Client stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions that improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and the fan experience across the live event lifecycle.

Essential Functions:

As a Product Manager you will be accountable for:

  • Defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Enterprise Platform capabilities across the AXS platform.
  • Establish platform priorities that balance operational reliability, scalability, modernization, and business growth. 
  • Understand the opportunities that the business and its fans desire by conducting research, gathering feedback from customers, and analyzing the product landscape.
  • Drive product decisions using operational health metrics, telemetry, observability, and performance data.
  • Use product management knowledge and experience to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Prepare product documents and support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and launches for new products by leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing decisions.
  • Evangelize and communicate the value of company products and services.
  • Participate in planning and execution of strategic initiatives and tactical activities throughout the product life cycle.

We are looking for:


Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Product Management Role.
  • Experience with the Discovery process: collecting qualitative customer feedback and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies, including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Able to demonstrate the product management discipline when working on projects.
  • Skilled in building products that scale and meet customer needs.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the product marketing/launch process.
  • Familiarity with standard development tools such as Jira, Figma, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills within a highly demanding environment.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or adjacent industries (such as sports, venue management, or hospitality). 
  • Product Management experience in a large scale Enterprise B2B environment.

Pay Scale: $110,000 - $137,500

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.

Benefits: Full-time: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, company paid basic life insurance, voluntary life insurance, parental leave, 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3%), flexible spending and health savings account options, and wellness offerings. Currently, full time employees are eligible for these benefits on the first day of employment.
