Join our dynamic and fast-growing team as a Product Manager, Data Insights, where you’ll lead the development of a high-impact analytics product for our Animal Health partners. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with users, leverage data to drive strategic decisions, and help shape a product that directly contributes to our clients’ success—and our company’s bottom line. In this Role:

  • You will own and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data insights products that support veterinary practices, corporate groups, and manufacturers
  • You will translate user needs into clear product requirements and prioritize development efforts
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and data science to deliver impactful features
  • You will engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions
  • You will analyze market trends, user behavior, and data usage to inform product decisions
  • You will ensure data products deliver clear, actionable insights that drive client outcomes
  • You will monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • You will champion a data-driven culture by promoting insight-led decision-making internally and externally
  • You will ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards
  • You will communicate product updates, success metrics, and vision to leadership and stakeholders
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for veterinarians, pet owners, and animal health organizations
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to internal stakeholders and external partners in the animal health industry

What do you need to succeed?

  • You have demonstrated experience in software product management with a strong track record of driving product revenue growth
  • You have deep product analytics experience – including experience with customer data and customer analytics platforms
  • You have strong presentation skills: you can turn analysis into a compelling story
  • You have experience in quantitative analysis, problem solving, and data visualization
  • You have visualized data using tools like Looker or Tableau - or have an interest in learning
  • You have strong knowledge of data and databases with experience using a data warehousing platform such as Snowflake (strongly preferred)
  • You are skilled in leveraging AI technologies to enhance data analytics and drive actionable business insights (strongly preferred)
  • You have 5+ years of experience working with big data and analytics
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
