What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help shape the future of our Data Center systems landscape at Coreweave. This role falls under the Strategy and Transformation Team, which is part of the CIO organization.
As the Product Manager for Data Center Applications, you will play a crucial role in defining the vision for Coreweave's Data Center Applications landscape. You will serve as the primary contact for the Data Center Operations team to address technology needs for DC project and portfolio management, Construction Project Management, Analytics/Insights/AI needs, DCIM, Digital twin, Asset maintenance management, and workforce management. The candidate will collaborate across the Data Center Operations team and adjacent functions like Supply Chain to build holistic and scalable products through 1P and 3P applications.
About the role:
In this position, you will have the chance to lead key initiatives utilizing Software like ProCore, Asana, Maximo, Anaplan, Oracle Asset Management, Netsuite, Cority, Intellex, Sunbird DCIM, and AI-powered data products built on internal data lakehouses. The best candidate will have a proven track record in enabling Data center processes with elegant technology solutions and building strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Define product vision and roadmap for data center lifecycle modules, including construction tracking, design review, fit-out workflows, facility incident management, and pipeline capacity planning
- Collaborate with construction teams to specify requirements for site progress metrics such as completion percent, earned value tracking, sellable capacity forecasting, and power usage effectiveness (PUE)
- Partner with design and fitout leads to build document management, status reporting, and version control features that streamline approvals and handovers
- Work with facilities engineering to deliver incident management workflows, mission-critical readouts, and quick-win analytics for operations teams
- Drive the development of analytics dashboards covering KWh usage, kW utilization, sellable capacity, site progress metrics, and PUE trends
- Own integration of site telemetry data (temperature, humidity, power) into our DCIM/digital twin platform and support 3D visualization of real-time and historical data
- Build portfolio management capabilities to track multiple sites, roll-up metrics, and support executive reporting
- Develop pipeline management features for new data center megawatt capacity, from initial planning through commissioning
- Solicit and prioritize feedback from internal stakeholders and external customers to deliver iterative improvements and measurable quick wins
- Maintain product documentation, drive status reporting, and communicate roadmaps and releases to all levels of the organization
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with DC Operations Systems. Experience with Software like NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Maximo, AutoCad Construction Cloud, ProCore, Sunbird, and building analytics/AI. Experience with building 1P systems like digital twins by processing real-time telemetry data.
- 3+ years of relevant SaaS industry or consulting experience
- Consistent track record of execution of enhancements and projects within the DC operations space
- Robust understanding of DC processes, Construction, Networking, and enabling technology solutions through configurations, integrations, and customization
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with cross-functional business and IT teams
- Experience operating within an agile software delivery environment
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Experience at a public company and/or with SOX processes preferred

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $122,000 to $163,000 and $134,000 to $179,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
