We are looking for a Cybersecurity Product Manager to join our Security & Compliance Team, reporting directly to our CISO & CIO. In this greenfield role, you will help launch an entirely new product line for Mark43 focused on helping customers navigate complex security and compliance needs. This is a rare opportunity to shape a mission-critical product from the ground up, making a tangible difference for public safety agencies.

What You’ll Do

If you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week:

  • Conducted in-depth interviews with public safety customers to identify their most pressing security and compliance challenges
  • Partnered with engineering and design to scope and prioritize requirements for a new compliance management feature
  • Wrote detailed product requirements and user stories for an MVP release
  • Reviewed key regulatory frameworks (CJIS, NIST, FedRAMP) to ensure our roadmap aligns with customer needs
  • Collaborated with the CISO and cross-functional teams to refine our go-to-market strategy
  • Participated in a roadmap planning session with company leadership to define long-term product vision

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager with 5+ years of experience building and launching software products, ideally in a SaaS environment. You should have a strong track record of writing product requirements, conducting customer interviews, and working closely with engineering and design teams. Experience with security and compliance technologies or frameworks is a plus but not required.
