We’re seeking a consumer focused Product Manager who lives and breathes creative workflows. You’ll own the roadmap, drive rapid adoption, and set PM best practices from day one. You’ll partner with research, engineering, design, and marketing to turn visionary AI research into polished, high-impact features loved by creators.
- Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for Luma, translating user insights into AI-driven creative features.
- Launch and iterate on pro-level photo and video tools, driving growth in active users.
- Deepen engagement through new feature development and agentic tools
- Lead cross-functional sprints, balance trade-offs, and maintain a clear roadmap in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct user research with professional creators to validate feature ideas and optimize engagement loops.
- Establish A/B testing and analytics for core capabilities
- Collaborate on go-to-market plans to ensure successful feature launches and adoption.
- 5+ years shipping consumer-facing creative or editing tools (web or mobile) for professional audiences.
- Deep expertise in photo/video workflows and UI/UX prototyping (wireframes, micro-interactions, pixel polish).
- Strong analytics background: comfortable defining metrics, building funnels, and iterating on retention.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in high-agency, ambiguous environments.
- Passionate about AI and eager to integrate generative and automation technologies into your roadmap.
- Experience building or growing products for creative professionals
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe, or 3D/creative platforms
- Experience working on AI-native products or in fast-moving startup environments

The base pay range for this role is $225,000 – $325,000 per year.
