As Product Manager, AI & Intelligent Automation, you will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing AI-driven automation solutions that empower our users. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the product experience, driving adoption, and ensuring customers maximize the value of our platform. Your insights will directly influence our roadmap as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intuitive, AI-powered automation solutions.
The Product Manager, AI & Intelligent Automation responsibilities include:
- Champion AI & Automation – Advocate for intelligent automation and AI-driven improvements, ensuring our solutions align with customer needs.
- Customer Success & Onboarding – Guide users through onboarding, ensuring seamless adoption of AI-powered features.
- User Education & Enablement – Create tutorials, training videos, and documentation to help customers understand and expand their use of our platform.
- Customer Engagement & Support – Host 1:1 calls, respond to inquiries via Slack and email, and provide hands-on assistance to key customers.
- Product & Feature Prioritization – Organize the backlog of AI and automation improvements, working closely with engineering to prioritize high-impact features.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making – Work with the product team to develop user segmentation models that optimize engagement and automation workflows.
- Voice of the Customer – Gather feedback and synthesize insights to inform product development and enhance AI-driven capabilities.
What You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS product management, AI-driven automation, or technical customer support
- Strong understanding of AI & automation technologies and their applications in SaaS
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping users succeed
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
- Comfortable working with web technologies and product analytics tools
- Ability to work with teams across product, engineering, and customer success
- Significant overlap with Pacific Time Zone working hours
- Experience with venture capital, startup ecosystems, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with RFM segmentation analysis for customer engagement
- Sales or business development experience, especially in AI-powered software
