The Product Manager for Accounting, Integrations, and Meters will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap to maximize value for Conservice’s businesses and users. This person will have direct responsibility for leading and supporting members of the Accounting, Integrations, and Meters product teams, focused on data integrity, integrations, and operational efficiency. They will also be responsible for engaging stakeholders to review and prioritize solutions that meet business goals and objectives.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years (or relevant) product management experience
  • A passion for building platforms/products at scale
  • Excellent communicator with the proven ability to build a strategy, prioritize requirements for development and work with stakeholders to make tradeoffs
  • Deep understanding of stakeholder management – knowing how best to ask the right questions (functional business knowledge)
  • Is a quick learner who is eager to dive into the details of complex processes and systems
  • Experience with Agile principles to build products that add value for the business and users
  • Outstanding business and product sense - you can see how impacting one level in a complex system affects many others
  • Experience in backlog development using tools such as Jira
  • Proven ability to make informed, considered decisions
  • Excellent collaborator and ability to work with a team
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • A healthy curiosity, willingness to learn, and ask questions
  • Experience in third party integrations and accounting processes is preferred
Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Establish and track key metrics for your products and initiatives
  • Proactively gather feedback and encourage input from users and stakeholders to build a product strategy
  • Authoritatively own final decisions to coalesce a clear vision
  • Define a realistic product roadmap that clearly fosters ROI and enables trade off conversations
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and make trade off decisions across multiple incoming requests
  • Translate product initiatives & strategies into Epics
  • Refine, prioritize, and cultivate a healthy product backlog by delivering user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients to build tenant integrations
  • Identify and manage experimentation and MVPs to measure potential ROI / business value
  • Work with engineering teams to design valuable, usable, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing products that solve real business problems
  • Communicate executive level project status and risks
  • Work with engineering teams to create and deliver on outcome-based sprint goals
  • Partner with Engineering Managers to track progress, address issues, and identify opportunities for acceleration
  • Perform and coordinate usability and user acceptance testing
  • Plan releases and ensure success of new capabilities through proven launch processes
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Conservice products, functions, and systems
