The Product Manager will drive corporate strategy, oversee product roadmaps, manage Go-To-Market strategies, and analyze user and market data.
As a Product Manager, you'll play a vital role in our Product Management team, driving corporate strategy, product-level P&Ls, and operating rhythms. You'll oversee the product roadmap, Go-To-Market strategy, and pricing for a product or set of products. Acting as an intermediary between market/business requirements and engineering, you'll advocate for the product internally and lead the product team to make informed business decisions.
Expected Duties:
-Product Success:Maximize the output of the development team within a scrum framework to ensure the product's success.
-Roadmap Prioritization:Drive product roadmap prioritization, clearly express product backlog items, order items to best achieve goals, and optimize the value of the team's work.
-Team Participation: Participate in stand-up meetings, lead sprint planning, and facilitate product demos.
-Data Analysis:Analyze user data and market data to identify product opportunities.
-Customer Understanding:Understand user and customer needs, working across departments to bring the product to life and communicate the voice of the customer.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Professional Expertise:Perform simple to moderately difficult tasks independently, supporting seasoned peers and management on more complex aspects.
-Analytical Skills:Work on problems of moderate scope, often varied and routine, requiring a review of various factors.
-Judgment:Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
-Problem-Solving:Apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems.
-Relationship Building:Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
-Experience:Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in building financial technology is strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Salary range of $98,900 - $141,200. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
