In this role, you will:
Execution Framework - Implement lifecycle Design & Delivery Framework
- Discovery: Audit existing data and product capabilities.
- Design: Define architecture for shared data and analytics services.
- Delivery: Implement iterative releases with measurable outcomes.
- Optimization: Continuous feedback loop using analytics to refine strategy.
- Partner on delivery of key platforms and tools, including:
- Enterprise-wide KYC Platform (Fenergo)
- AI-powered Customer Screening Automation (Workfusion)
- Currency Transaction Reporting solution
- Support implementation of compliance solutions:
- FUSE - Exception processing tool
- CRS - AML Risk Summary workflow
- Transactional & Portfolio monitoring tools
- Enhanced screening lists for PEPs, Payment Intermediaries, and Gaming Institutions
- Assist in launching vendor applications for monitoring payment activity for MSBs and Crypto businesses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Compliance) to ensure timely delivery and adoption.
- Drive agile practices within the team, supporting the transition from waterfall to agile.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure alignment with BSA/AML Data Strategy and regulatory expectations.
- Personalized customer experiences powered by behavioral data.
- Predictive maintenance for operational products.
- Dynamic pricing models based on real-time market data.
- Build and formalize a product design function, including principles, standards, and governance.
- Define design methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean UX) and embed them into product development lifecycle.
- Establish design systems and reusable components for consistency and scalability.
- Partner with Product Management and Data teams to ensure design decisions are informed by analytics and business objectives.
- Translate customer insights and data into actionable design strategies.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing design team.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Advocate for design excellence across the organization.
- 8+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Demonstrated product management experience in financial services or compliance technology.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and financial crime platforms.
- Skilled in agile delivery, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into product features and workflows.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
