JOB OVERVIEW
As the Product Line Manager for Bell Helmets' Mass segment, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept through launch—ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and company goals. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product success. You will be responsible for developing product roadmaps, managing development timelines, and optimizing product performance through data-driven insights and customer feedback. Additionally, you will oversee licensing compliance and maintain strong relationships with licensors.
This position reports to the Category Manager and is based out of our Irvine office.
As the Product Line Manager- Mass, you will have an opportunity to:
- Lead the product development and lifecycle management for the Bell Helmets product line.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure product success.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing products.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch, including defining product requirements, creating project plans, and overseeing execution.
- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and maintain strong relationships with licensors.
You have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the sports or outdoor industry.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Knowledge of licensing agreements and experience working with licensors.
You might have:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Experience in the adventure sports industry.
- Familiarity with the Bell Helmets brand and product line.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $75,000.00 - $102,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
