The Product Life Cycle Process Manager is responsible for facilitating, leading, and improving the existing annual product life cycle processes that is installed. The position will also identify existing gaps, recommend, develop and install new life cycle processes as needed to deploy strategi direction while and sustain a successful business 

 

This position reports to the Senior Director Strategic Runways and is part of the Strategy department in the Resins & Technologies Business Unit located in Uppsala, Sweden and will be an on-site role.    

 

What you will do: 

  • Lead recurring processes including pricing (annual and quarterly), product hierarchy, market outlook, long-term forecasting (annual), and bi-annual product portfolio assessments. 
  • Support and facilitate strategic and product management events such as the annual strategy process, workshops, and cross-functional team gatherings. 
  • Develop, refine, and sustain standard work practices while tracking key performance metrics. 

Who you are:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Finance. 
  • Minimum 3 years of work-life experience post degree
  • Skilled facilitator with strong networking and coaching abilities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with Qlik, Salesforce (SFDC), and Magic. 
  • Familiarity with Lean tools such as DBS, 5S, etc. 
  • Background in project management. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus. 

 

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – maximum 10% % of time.  

 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

  • Cross-functional teamwork experience. 
  • Positive, solution oriented attitude
