Who We Are

We are seeking a talented Product Lead, Platform to help drive a central app team within our new app platform division focused on crafting a novel generative games platform. You must have a passion for start-up rhythms, future-facing technologies, and for working alongside your teammates at record pace. You will drive product design, production, and technology enablement strategy for a multi-platform game engine product.

Your role as Product Lead, Platform will be a dynamic blend of product strategy, platform design, and game engine design to marshal a senior development team to rapidly empower game developers to generate, distribute and optimize games built with cutting edge AI technology. You will work closely with other product leads as well as divisional leadership to bring the next wave of Series’ AI-powered games to market in a personalized fashion.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead Product Strategy: Develop and execute platform product and technology strategies that align with our business objectives.

  • Market Analysis & Customer Interviews: Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor platform products, and customer feedback to inform platform product decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and analytics teams to develop solutions that serve 3 distinct customers globally: creators, end users, and internal product, design and engineering teams:

    • Creators: Support our creators in creating, curating, and syndicating world class content experiences using content management systems and game engine APIs.

    • End users: Facilitating product, design, and engineering teams in building features that bring generative games to life with vibrant communities.

    • Engineering: Designing & productionizing our technology solutions to enable both internal and external game developers to build games in a brand new way.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions about product features, user engagement, personalization, cohort optimization and monetization strategies.

  • Agile Environment: Operate effectively in an agile setting, adapting to change and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on product vision and strategy.

The Ideal You
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Product Lead or similar role in social media, streaming platforms, or gaming platforms, especially with end-to-end testing frameworks and improving deployment pipeline efficiency. You should also have experience in free-to-play game businesses, both development and operations.

  • Scrappiness: Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal resources and thrive under ambiguity.

  • Proactivity: Strong self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates opportunities and challenges.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mind with experience using data to drive insights and decisions.

  • Passion for Technology: Deep understanding of platform technologies that allow for deep personalization and smart live ops customization .

  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
