Lead product management for AI-powered real estate solutions. Drive product vision, collaborate across teams, and analyze performance metrics. Mentor junior PMs and manage product team.
Tripalink is a well-funded growth-stage Proptech startup headquartered in Los Angeles backed by prominent technology investors in Silicon Valley and others deeply rooted in the real estate space. We’re dedicated to building the next-gen real estate solutions powered by AI, with a current focus on delivering a frictionless experience end to end for renters and compelling economics for property owners.
We have strong and accelerating momentum, having grown 7x in the last 3 years despite the tough environment for startups and the aggressive interest rate hikes negatively impacting the real estate market. We are seeking product managers passionate about discovering and building products that delight users. The specific level/title will depend on the candidate’s experience. The preferred location is Los Angeles, but we’re open to remote work for exceptional candidates.
Main Responsibilities:
- Own the success of our product(s) and articulate a product vision and roadmap. Lead PMs, designers, growth and cross functional teams.
- Lead product discovery and validation with a variety of methods such as interviews, surveys, data, concepts tests, quantitative experiments, prototypes, etc.
- Frame problems and define product requirements, empowering designers, engineers, and data scientists to work on the best possible solution.
- Collaborate with business and operation teams to define an awesome online and offline user experience.
- Act as the connective glue for other teams and stakeholders so that the team stays focused on the right problem and best solution.
- Set and analyze metrics for evaluating product performance, measuring experiments, and answering business questions.
- Plan and drive projects, jumping in when needed and unblocking others.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management for SaaS products or Internet services at tech companies. Experience in Proptech/residential property management and building LLM-powered solutions is highly desirable. Experience in mentoring product managers or leading a product team is highly desirable too.
- High degree of user empathy and strong product sense. Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of business and user needs and create product requirements and delivery plans to address them while minimizing time to value.
- Strong leadership, with excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross functionally and make strategic decisions when faced with ambiguity.
- Adeptness in leveraging data and metrics for decision-making.
- Strong personal agency and owner mentality.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment that optimizes for quick iterations.
