Lime is hiring an Product Lead, City Success to join our global Product organization. Reporting to the Head of Rider Product, you will own the roadmap for all products that keep Lime and its riders in good standing with every city in which we operate—ranging from safety features (tandem‑riding detection, sidewalk‑riding mitigation, helmet encouragement) to real‑time data feeds and regulatory reporting. You will shape strategy and execution in a hyper‑growth, high‑visibility domain that is critical to Lime’s license to operate and long‑term market leadership.
The person hired for this role must live within a one‑hour commute of a city where Lime operates
What you’ll do:
Own the City Success product portfolio end‑to‑end—vision, strategy, OKRs, roadmap, and execution for safety/compliance features and city data services
Deeply understand city regulations and rider behaviors, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into scalable product solutions
Drive cross‑functional delivery with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Government Relations, and Operations to ship high‑quality features on schedule
Define and track success metrics (e.g., citation rate, sidewalk‑ride detections, data‑feed SLA) and iterate rapidly based on results
Lead go‑to‑market and change‑management plans with City and Ops teams to ensure smooth rollout and adoption in every market
Represent Lime with external stakeholders—city officials, standards bodies, and industry working groups—to influence policy and showcase product capabilities
Mentor PMs and cross‑functional partners, raising the bar on product craftsmanship and compliance rigor
Champion scalable architecture and processes that allow Lime to meet new regulatory requirements quickly without compromising rider experience
About you:
6+ years product management experience, including 2+ years leading compliance, safety, or data‑exchange products
Proven track record shipping hardware‑integrated or sensor‑driven features at scale
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and dashboard tools to derive insights and make data‑driven decisions
Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills, especially with non‑technical/regulatory audiences
Able to travel up to 20% for city meetings, field testing, and warehouse collaboration
Preferred experience:
Micromobility, automotive, or IoT hardware experience
Direct exposure to government or municipal partnerships, permitting, or policy negotiations
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Engineering/Data) or formal training in safety engineering/compliance
Experience scaling products across 10+ international markets with diverse regulatory requirements
