Who We're Looking For

We need a relentless product manager with a proven track record. Your mission: create and implement a scalable strategy for one of our products. As a key team member, you’ll develop and execute a bold product strategy aligned with our aggressive business goals.
You will create a high-impact product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the product development process efficiently from ideation to launch. You’ll conduct thorough user research, gather customer feedback, and utilize data to make informed decisions. Working hand in hand with our leadership team, CEO, Engineering, and Sales, you will innovate and directly own the product efforts for a product line from the ground up. What You'll Do
  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement a bold product strategy aligned with company goals for Alice.

  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear, high-impact product roadmap for Alice

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to execute product initiatives

  • Customer Focus: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions

  • Product Development: Lead the development process efficiently from ideation to launch

  • Metrics and Optimization: Define key metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement

About You
  • Experience: 4+ years in product management with experience working in high growth startups.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans

  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills in driving cross-functional collaboration

  • Customer-Centric: Strong understanding of customer needs and user research Analytical: Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills

  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Entrepreneurial: Passionate about building impactful products in a fast-paced environment

  • Entrepreneurial experience, whether as a founder or through side projects

  • Building SaaS tools for Sales leaders, e.g., CRO, VP Sales, and Sales Ops
