About This Job

Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions.
Session 1: May 25 - August 13
Session 2: June 14 - September 3
The Product Management Internship offers hands-on experience in supporting the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Interns will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to learn how products are researched, designed, and delivered in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering market data, identifying trends, and analyzing competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
  • Help maintain product documentation, update timelines, and track progress on roadmap initiatives.
  • Support communication between product, IT, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
  • Collect and organize product performance metrics; assist in preparing reports for leadership review.
  • Help create user guides, training materials, and process documentation for new product features or system upgrades.
