OVERVIEW

The Product Integrity Analyst will provide critical tactical and strategic support to the daily operations activities. The PI Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products throughout their lifecycle. This role involves conducting investigations of quality concerns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high product standards. The Product Integrity Analyst will be instrumental in identifying product defects & driving corrective actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and track reported issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with relevant teams. 
  • Analyze investigation tracker and customer / store feedback identify product quality trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on product quality metrics, inspection results, and audit outcomes to management on a weekly / monthly cadence.
  • Monitor failure rates and help implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ability to learn and navigate alo corporate product data systems. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Cross Functional Teams, and, 3rd party audit inspection. 
  • Ability to gather and present information to drive solutions to identified quality issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and assess risks related to product quality, safety, and integrity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies. 

Root Cause Analysis:

  • Communicate effectively with production, quality control, and factory teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented. 
  • Lead efforts to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Investigate product quality failures and identify root causes.

Process Improvement:

  • Analyze inspection reports, testing results, and defect trends to identify recurring problems and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements to prevent future quality issues.

Documentation and Tracking: 

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, audits, compliance-related documentation, & reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 Years progressive experience in product creation, quality, or related field.
  • Ability to navigate & command software up to and including Smartsheet, Microsoft Office - Excel & PowerPoint. 
  • Self-directed with amazing follow-up skills & extremely detail oriented.
  • Ability to successfully multitask and manage a variety of competing projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong sense of curiosity & willingness to learn.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
