As a Product Growth Strategist at Fueled, you'll help leading organizations identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value. Working alongside Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and executive stakeholders, you'll translate data into actionable insights that shape product decisions and create measurable business outcomes. You'll partner with globally recognized brands to solve complex product challenges through experimentation, behavioral analytics, and strategic consulting. Whether you're helping launch a new digital experience, improve onboarding, increase feature adoption, or optimize retention, your work will directly influence products used by millions of people around the world.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute Product Growth strategies that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value across digital products.
  • Analyze behavioral and product analytics to identify growth opportunities, prioritize experiments, and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Lead experimentation initiatives, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and client stakeholders to align growth initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable product outcomes.
What you will achieve:
  • Learn & implement Fueled's growth methodology: During your first several weeks, you'll immerse yourself in Fueled's product growth frameworks, build relationships across disciplines, and gain a deep understanding of our consulting approach and client engagements.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives: As you ramp up, you'll independently own product growth engagements, partnering directly with clients to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Drive data-informed product decisions: Through thoughtful analysis, experimentation, and customer insight, you'll help clients improve product adoption, user engagement, retention, and overall product performance.
  • Deliver meaningful business outcomes: Your work will directly contribute to stronger digital products, better customer experiences, and measurable growth for some of the world's most recognized brands.
About you:
  • You have experience developing Product Growth strategies for digital products and using behavioral analytics to drive product decisions.
  • You are proficient with behavioral analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar tools, and have experience designing or evaluating experiments.
  • You understand customer journeys, product metrics, and experimentation across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating recommendations to clients, and solving complex product challenges.
  • You thrive in a remote, consulting environment where you can manage multiple client engagements, take ownership, and adapt quickly to new products and industries.
