The Product & Growth Lead will drive user growth and product strategy by executing experiments, enhancing user retention, and collaborating with engineering on product updates.
Who we are:
AI workflow is broken. Digital work is buried under copy-paste routines, fragmented tools, and repetitive tasks that drain our time and focus.
We're building IrisGo — your AI butler for the AI PC era. It understands how you work, observes your context, and automates what you shouldn’t have to do. We’re a small team of engineers and builders driven to solve hard problems — from browser automation to computer use, from local LLMs to full workflow orchestration. We believe the future of productivity is ambient, intuitive, and immersive. Our goal: reclaim your time and focus, one automated task at a time.
Based in California and Taipei, we bring deep roots in full-stack engineering, machine learning, and product design. If you want to build the future of human-computer interaction, we’re hiring.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Product & Growth Lead to drive viral growth, user obsession, and product-market fit for IrisGo’s B2C assistant. This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product vision, rapid experimentation, and creative distribution. You’ll own the end-to-end user journey—from user acquisition and onboarding to activation, retention, and user referral program. If you’ve hacked growth loops, obsessed over retention curves, and shipped delightful products that speak to users at scale—this is the role for you. You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team to rapidly iterate on product, design viral loops, and define our growth playbook.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for IrisGo’s B2C assistant with a focus on rapid iteration and user feedback.
- Design and execute growth experiments across channels—SEO, content, social, email, referral, and community.
- Build, measure, and optimize onboarding and activation flows to maximize retention and engagement.
- Define and track key product and growth metrics; create dashboards to measure impact and guide decisions.
- Launch features that drive viral loops and word-of-mouth adoption (e.g. invite flows, user-generated content, embedded shareables).
- Work closely with engineering to ship high-quality product updates quickly, incorporating feedback from early adopters.
- Shape the voice of the product, collaborating with design to ensure consistency in UX and messaging.
- Own user research and conduct interviews to uncover insights and sharpen positioning.
- Contribute to outbound marketing strategies (e.g. launches, press, partnerships) that drive user acquisition.
What You Must Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in to-C product management, growth, or founder-like roles—especially in early-stage startups or consumer AI products.
- Deep commitment to a user-centered approach—you actively seek out user insights, translate them into product direction, and prioritize solving real user pain points with empathy and clarity.
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with both qualitative insights (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) and quantitative data (e.g., funnel metrics, cohort analysis) to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Proven track record of driving viral growth, shipping B2C products, and optimizing activation funnels.
- Strong product instincts with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and write clear, concise specs.
- Excellent communication skills with a bias for action and ownership.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, zero-to-one environment.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience launching AI-powered products or working on LLM-integrated apps.
- Background in UX writing, community building, or content marketing.
- Familiarity with early user acquisition strategies via Reddit, TikTok, Discord, or niche forums.
- Previous startup or founder experience a strong plus.
