• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience

• Eat, sleep and breathe at least one of part of our stack (React, Typescript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL), you will learn the rest

• Relentlessly obsess over solving complex problems with cutting-edge technology and willing to learn something new every day

• Find excitement in joining an early-stage company and are not afraid of building something new

• Are strongly driven to make an impact in people's lives

• Have built something meaningful to you, before

• Can take ownership of the whole development lifecycle (this means you are comfortable operating full-stack)

• You have previous experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, especially within EdTech/Healthcare

Step 2: Interview with a Product Engineer simulating a project kickoff

Step 2b: Take-home project

Step 3: Interview with a Product Engineer to discuss assignment

Step 4: System Design interview (virtual or rolled into onsite)

Step 5: Onsite interview at office in SoHo, NYC (both technical and non-technical assessment)

Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
