We are seeking a Product Director with deep expertise in knowledge graph and Graph Retrieval-Augmented Generation (graphRAG) technologies to shape the future of graph-based AI solutions at JPMorgan Chase.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of data and Generative AI, driving the strategy, development and execution of solutions that leverage graph-based data architectures to address the firm's most critical AI use cases. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data science and business stakeholders to unlock the full potential of JPMorgan Chase's rich data assets.

Job responsibilities
- Oversee the product roadmap, vision, execution and adoption for graphRAG and knowledge graph solutions
- Lead the entire product lifecycle through planning, execution and future development by continuously adapting and developing new products and methodologies to support growth and adoption
- Identify opportunities and internal customer needs through proactive stakeholder engagement
- Serve as the subject matter expert on knowledge graphs (e.g. Neo4J, TigerGraph) and graphRAG methodologies
- Evaluate and guide the design and implementation of graph-based data models and retrieval systems
- Manage and clearly communicate the product roadmap, milestones and strategic direction to leadership, cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Develop clear product requirement documents and communication materials for stakeholders at all levels of seniority and technical expertise
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies and offerings in the knowledge graph and AI space
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, or technology applications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related technical fields
- Experience building data and AI platforms, with hands-on expertise in knowledge graphs (e.g. Neo4j, TigerGraph)
- Strong understanding of graphRAG concepts, applications and trade-offs
- Experience working with large-scale data architectures, knowledge graphs and AI/ML systems
- Excellent ability to communicate complex technical materials to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, in written and verbal forms
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and technical leads
- Highly organized, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI models
- Prior experience in enterprise software or platform development
