The Product Director AI will be responsible for specific AI productization initiatives in Platform ONE which includes but is not limited to new ARR growth opportunities through AI agents, new GTM & Partnerships around agentic AI and overall adoption strategies.

 

Areas of responsibility include Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development, Cross-Functional Coordination, Risk Management & Governance, User Experience & Adoption, Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement. Success will be defined by ARR growth, Ecosystem Growth, AI adoption as well as AI Trust and Accuracy-defined KPIs  

 

Product & Business Skills:

 

• Product Management Experience – Experience in managing AI/tech products through their lifecycle. Prior experience with security products is highly desirable

 

• Market & Competitive Analysis – Understanding AI trends, competitor products, and user expectations.

 

• Business Acumen – Ability to align AI capabilities with business impact and ROI.

 

 

 

Typical Background

 

• Degrees in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Business, or related fields.

 

• Experience in AI/ML projects, security, data science, product management, or technology strategy.

 

• Certifications in AI Product Management, MLOps, or Responsible AI can be beneficial

 

Additional required skills include, but are not limited to, experience and proven success managing complex AI projects in similar positions (but other markets), beyond PLM experience,e business development, building ecosystems, evangelism and transformational skills for AI are required in this role
