Join our Optical Modules Group as a Product Development Optical Product Engineer, where  you will immerse yourself in an in-person, collaborative environment focused on the design and development of cutting-edge opto-electronic devices for next-generation high-speed networks. You'll work alongside diverse engineering teams across locations, tackling challenges in a fast-paced, setting. Your contributions will be pivotal in the development and release of innovative optical subassemblies and enabling technology platforms. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from
conception to execution, ensuring alignment with project schedules
and technical specifications.
Collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams to drive
communication and achieve shared goals, leveraging your team
player mindset.
Conduct thorough statistical data analysis to identify, characterize,
and resolve product issues, enhancing overall product
performance and reliability.
Spearhead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) initiatives in
partnership with engineering teams to optimize yield and quality
across components and processes.
Develop and oversee qualification plans, ensuring rigorous failure
analysis is conducted to validate product robustness and
compliance with industry standards.
Organize and lead productive team meetings, crafting agendas,
tracking action items, and synthesizing key outcomes for ongoing
communication.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackling challenges while
contributing to the development of cutting-edge technologies that
define the future of connectivity.
Cultivate strong relationships within and outside the organization,
creating opportunities for innovation
 

Qualifications

Must-Have:

BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or
equivalent engineering discipline
5 years of product engineering/management experience
Proficient in data analysis and knowledgeable in statistics (Excel,
JMP, SQL)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Team player with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Nice-To-Have:
Knowledge of optics and electronic devices
Familiarity with opto-electronic manufacturing best practices
Experience with Agile methodologies
