The Role: 

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Design Associate Developer to support the development of our core Sleep category. You’ll work closely with Design, Production, and Merchandising to bring product concepts to life, helping to ensure every pajama, onesie, and matching family set meets our high standards for comfort, quality, and cuteness.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about apparel development and wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from design hand-off through final production approval for Sleep styles
  • Support development, including BOM updates and proto sample tracking 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the development calendar and ensure key milestones are met
  • Communicate with overseas vendors on sample updates, material requests, and product revisions
  • Attend fit sessions and document fit notes, approvals, and changes 
  • Organize and maintain development records, prototypes, and sample libraries
  • Support raw material sourcing and lab dip / strike-off submissions 
  • Partner with Product Development Manager on maintaining vendor scorecards and pre-production readiness

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 1–3 years of experience in apparel product development, ideally in children’s or sleepwear
  • Experience working with overseas vendors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, and trims
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple styles and timelines
  • Proficiency in Excel, PLM systems, and Adobe Illustrator is a plus
  • A team player attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Bonus Points: Are familiar with CPSIA regulations and children’s apparel compliance
  • Extra Bonus Points: Bilingual in Mandarin or Vietnamese
