The Product Designer will lead user experience design, create prototypes, collaborate with teams, and advocate for user needs throughout the product development process.

Role Overview
As a Product Designer at Revel, you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end user experience of our core product. You’ll collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define and design thoughtful, elegant solutions that solve real user problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user experiences from discovery through delivery — including research, wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes.
- Translate user insights and product goals into intuitive, accessible, and beautiful interfaces.
- Build and iterate on prototypes to validate design concepts and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design intent is realized in the final product.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards that scale with our product.
- Advocate for user needs throughout the product development process and help prioritize design work based on impact and feasibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role in a software setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and thoughtful problem solving.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Excellent visual design sensibility, interaction design skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
- Experience working directly with frontend/full-stack engineers.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Background designing for mobile and responsive web platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment with evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience prototyping in code.
- Experience working on products in aerospace, energy, industrial, or manufacturing environments
