The Role:

Product Designers create intuitive, thoughtful experiences that help people connect with our product in meaningful ways. They take complex problems and turn them into clear, human-centered solutions through research, prototyping, and design. By learning from users and sharing those insights, they help guide product decisions and make the overall experience better at scale. Their work brings design, product, and engineering together, building trust and keeping teams aligned on what matters most. Product Designers lean on research to shape decisions and bring creativity to every project, designing experiences that not only work today but continue to grow with our users over time.

You Will:

  • Participate in the ideation of new products and features that solve our users’ problems. 
  • Design elegant, simple user interfaces. 
  • Build user-centric prototypes. 
  • Conduct user research and split testing on new design features. 
  • Collect stakeholder and cross-functional team feedback to create and execute new solutions for the product.
  • Write detailed UI/UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to engineers and articulate rationale behind your concepts and designs.
Requirements

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction field.
  • Experience working with a consumer-facing product. 
  • Experience with tools like Figma or Sketch. 
  • Strong interaction design, visual design, and product thinking skills. 
  • Hands-on experience conducting usability research and applying findings to improve product experiences.
  • Experience conducting usability research and translating findings into design improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making with research-backed insights.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product experiences or interest in designing for emerging technologies.

The base salary range for this position is $133,000 - $161,000 annually. Range reflects base salary only. It does not include additional compensation or benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the U.S. for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities of the candidate, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
