If you’re excited to tackle real user problems and have an outsized impact at an early-stage startup, this is your chance.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn ideas into seamless user flows
- Maintain and expand our Design System for consistency and efficiency
- Report to the Head of Design while owning key areas of the product
- Balance speed and quality to deliver high-impact work efficiently

- Strong UX thinking, visual design skills, and clear written communication
- Deeply user-focused, you design with empathy and clarity
- Problem-solver who takes initiative and drives projects to completion
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative by nature
- Fluent in Figma (components, auto layout, design systems, etc.)
- Genuine interest in our mission and the impact we’re creating
Bonus qualifications
- Experience working at startups or within small, fast-moving cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of front-end development. You don’t need to code, but knowing how code works helps you design smarter, more feasible interfaces.
