Description

Who we are

Founded in 2016, Lusha grew from a bootstrapped startup to a $1.5B unicorn, backed by $245M in investments and trusted by sales teams at Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo.

Lusha is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform, changing the B2B sales experience with a new approach called Sales Streaming. Allowing salespeople to spend most of their time selling instead of wasting time and effort on manual prospecting.

With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.

We’re looking for a highly motivated and talented Product Designer to join the team and help us achieve our collective goal of empowering businesses to succeed through data.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. Lusha is a PLG company with hundreds of thousands of users, which means that our product needs to do most of the talking for us. In your role, you will make an impact by delivering delightful, user-centered designs to help our users achieve their goals and enjoy our products.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Product Designer at Lusha, you’ll play a key role in shaping our product’s evolution, crafting seamless experiences that empower businesses worldwide. You’ll be working alongside a passionate team to build solutions that are not only effective but enjoyable to use. If you’re someone who thrives on simplifying complexity and designing products that matter, this is the stage where your impact will be felt. In this role, you will:

  • Create end-to-end experiences for our users, from research and ideation to prototyping and high-fidelity designs. Every step will be driven by our commitment to creating user-first experiences that solve real business challenges.
  • You’ll transform complex workflows into simple, clear, and beautiful designs that enhance the user experience. Your focus will be on removing friction points and creating seamless, impactful interactions that users will love.
  • You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analytics to shape features and user flows that drive value. Your ability to advocate for users and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be key to your success.
  • From wireframes to final designs, you'll be responsible for the user experience of our platform. Your focus will be on ensuring that every touchpoint, whether it's a feature, an interface, or a user flow, feels seamless, engaging, and impactful.
  • We believe in designing products that make life easier for our users. You'll advocate for a design process that is driven by user feedback, research, and real-world usage data to ensure that every interaction is meaningful and well-crafted.
  • You’ll help evolve our design system and ensure consistency across all products. You’ll ensure that design standards align with business goals and user needs, all while pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you:

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to design complex systems and SaaS products that are both functional and beautiful.
  • You’re skilled at breaking down complex workflows and designing simple, intuitive solutions. You think strategically about how design can impact the user journey and the overall product vision.
  • You’re equally comfortable with high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You can take a concept and turn it into a polished, user-friendly design.
  • You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Your communication skills allow you to present and explain design decisions effectively, gaining buy-in and aligning teams toward a shared vision.
  • Continuously learning and evolving your skills ensures that your solutions are innovative and forward-thinking.
  • Be a team player. We leave our ego at the door.
  • Above all, you care about the people who use our products. You’re committed to understanding their needs and delivering designs that enhance their experience, helping them achieve success in their work.
  • AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends.

We’re dreamers, innovators, and learners, driven by simplicity, collaboration, and trust.

At Lusha, your work matters. Your voice is heard. And your growth is part of our growth.

Ready to join us? Let’s build the future of sales, together.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
