As part of Startup Bakery, a dynamic startup studio launching new SaaS products every 4-6 months, you'll regularly tackle fresh, exciting challenges with zero legacy constraints.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead design efforts on real-world digital products (web & mobile apps), guiding projects from initial concept through to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design on SaaS and B2B2C applications (web and mobile).

  • Conduct comprehensive UX research and user testing.

  • Drive design thinking, product analytics, and discovery processes.

  • Build and maintain robust design systems.

  • Perform detailed UX audits to improve user experiences continuously.

  • Collaborate closely within a cross-functional startup studio environment.

Languages Skills
  • Required

    • English (working proficiency): Company-wide communication and documentation are conducted in English.

  • Preferred

    • Italian (working proficiency): You’ll regularly communicate design decisions to Italian clients.

  • Proven experience designing successful B2B SaaS products.

  • Track record of taking digital products from ideation to launch and iterative improvements.

  • Solid understanding of modern software development processes.

  • Experience leading design teams or substantial product projects.

  • Familiarity with key SaaS metrics (MRR, Churn, LTV, ARPU).

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex design decisions.

  • Proficiency in Figma
